Our Design + Build Process

We’ll first get to know you and your unique lifestyle. Then, we’ll custom design and build the forever home of your dreams, tailored to your family and routine. We’ll oversee both the design and construction, which ensures the final product reflects the original style, vision, budget, and timeline.

(If yes) Sign Design + Build Agreement
Design meetings with architect
Material selections and bidding
Review final construction budget and specs

Submit plans for permit / schedule production
