2. Client review and preliminary budget proposal

3. (If yes) Sign Design + Build Agreement

4. Design meetings with architect

5. Material selections and bidding

6. Review final construction budget and specs

7. Sign construction agreement

8. Submit plans for permit / schedule production

9. Begin construction on your new home!
